Fully Custom Homes
A custom home is a new home designed completely from scratch, with fewer design and construction limitations. This option gives you full flexibility to create a home around your lot, lifestyle, layout preferences, and long-term goals.
You can customize floor plans, ceiling heights, finishes, materials, architectural details, and specialty features. For example, you may choose a 12 ft main floor, a 20 ft basement, premium finishes, custom millwork, and other high-end design elements.
At Jash Design & Build, the cost of a custom home typically ranges from approx. $400 to $500 per sq. ft.
Semi Custom Homes
A semi-custom home is a new home built similar to build-grade construction with some pre-built or modular elements i.e. pre-built frames, instead of being designed completely from scratch. There are some design and construction limitations, but the timeline can be shorter — for example, around 8 months instead of roughly 12 months for a fully custom build.
You can still customize floor plans, finishes, materials, and design details, but there are some limits to what can be changed. For example, ceiling height for the main floor will be approx. 10 ft high, but not 12 ft high (this is custom).
At Jash Design & Build, the cost of a semi custom home starts at approx. $320 per sq. ft.

Following a discovery call, we book an onsite consultation. From the start, we assist in educating you to make the best decisions for your ROI through our experience. Our goal is to help you make decisions that will last longer and provide solutions that are cost efficient.
Part of the planning phase, we’ll evaluate property conditions, including site access, land grading, etc. We’ll also provide budget alignment and cost guidance.
Our designers can create site-on-scene hand sketches. We handle architectural drawings, develop layouts, make 3D renderings when required, guide material selections, and align designs with your budget.
We manage the entire permitting process, including drawings, submission, and coordination with city departments. We address revisions, guarantee zoning and building code compliance, and keep approvals moving efficiently.
Our team oversees full ground-up construction and teardown/rebuild projects. We work with trusted long-term trades, managing scheduling, guaranteeing safety, providing dust control, and performing quality checks. We also use a software-based project management protocol to keep each job running smoothly and provide complete transparency between our team and our clients. This includes access to progress photos, accounting updates, schedules, and key project details.
We guide you through selecting finishes with curated samples. We handle all installations, including custom millwork and cabinetry, as well as specialty design elements.
We complete final inspections, address deficiencies, and conduct walkthroughs. Our team follows up after completion and remains available for up to 2-5 years.
