Custom Homes
We offer full custom home construction and design services, including site assessments, permit acquisition, architectural and engineering drawings, and interior design. We design and build large-scale and luxury homes, including custom homes with 8,000+ sq ft.
Full Home Renovations
Client understanding is one of our top priorities from the start of every renovation. We make sure you have all the details, big and small, such as property utility capacity and zoning by-laws. We also offer assistance with service connections, builder’s risk insurance, and potential liabilities.

Our Design-Build
Process
More than your average custom home builders, we’re a full-service design-build firm. This means we take care of every detail from concept to completion.
The following outlines of 4-step design-build process:
We begin with a phone consultation, then book an appointment for an onsite assessment. During this stage, we compile the necessary information, including measurements, layouts, photos, wishlist items, project needs, site conditions, and early feasibility considerations. Afterwards, we provide an estimated cost based on the initial scope.
We start the design stage by creating drawings and layouts. If 3D renderings are required for permits or improved visualization, we provide them.
Our team also helps curate material selection, samples, and shopping support, while coordinating with architects, engineers, and consultants where required.
Our team handles all permit application requirements and submissions. Once we put the design-build package together, we work with you to approve and order everything. Before construction begins, we thoroughly cover everything to protect against dust and damage, including finished surfaces where needed. During construction, we use a CRM portal to document progress and keep clients updated. Ash is also involved with each project personally inspecting job sites to ensure quality, consistency, and accountability.
After construction, we perform a walkthrough, schedule inspections, conduct a client satisfaction check, and go over warranty information. We also provide scheduled property management for large residential homes and commercial properties.
