One of the challenges of this project was the driveway and the fact that it was on a slope. When we installed the gate we had to make sure that it was installed so that it would still work properly even with the slope.
It was such a large scale project on the exterior that we had to make sure everything was installed properly and with our experience we engineered and executed it properly.
Standout Features of the Project
This was a complete landscaping project for this multi-million custom home. It was supposed to consist of phase 1 a circular driveway and interlocking. Followed by phase 2 the backyard, however the client decided to sell the home after phase 1 was complete.
The front features wrought iron fencing as well as an added gate with concrete stone pillars. Complete grading and interlocking of the front was completed including hydronic for snow melt which required a boiler unit inside the furnace room.
The front driveway also features patterned lighting around the perimeter driveway as well as plants of certain species to create an elevated curb appeal.
