  • There weren’t really any challenges with this project. It was an investment property and involved mostly just a quick clean up with paint and removing of a few walls to open the space more.

  • We repurposed a lot of the existing elements and added to it to make it more transitional.
  • To keep costs down on the interior we made panelled doors.
  • The interior of the home features wainscoting throughout.
  • The ground floor also features a brand-new kitchen and new iron railings for the staircase.
  • The new interlock driveway features 12” of base along with new stone.
  • The exterior part of the project features a complete exterior landscaping job with new planting and a firepit.
