Challenges

  • Base building construction had cut the exterior walls and mistakenly cut the main lines which caused water damage. We stepped in to stop the leak and fixed the pipe immediately. We also help do clean up from the water damage as well.

Standout Features of The Project

  • To keep the brick cost effective and within budget, we created the design from foam. It provided a seamless look, while keeping the project on budget.
  • The change room features a custom wallpaper specially designed by our design team.
  • The space features custom rods and extensive millwork. Everything was custom designed to fit and display the product to what they wanted. To save clients money, instead of doing curved clothing rods we did smaller rods to give the illusion that the rods were curved. This was a huge savings for the client while also getting the look they wanted.
  • All logos and signs were custom built in with lighting.
